This policy explains what personal information is involved when you visit iptvukone.com and when you contact IPTV UK One on WhatsApp, why we use it, how long we keep it and what your rights are.

Who we are

IPTV UK One is the trading name of the business that runs this website and sells IPTV UK subscriptions. For any question about your personal information, contact us on WhatsApp at +212 624 821 600.

When you visit this website

  • The website has no contact forms, user accounts or checkout, so it does not ask you for any personal information.
  • It does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies.
  • Fonts and images are served from the website itself, not from third-party services.
  • The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any host, Cloudflare receives technical information when your browser requests a page, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, and uses it to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

When you contact us on WhatsApp

The buttons on this website open WhatsApp, a service run by WhatsApp LLC (part of Meta), with a message already written. Nothing is sent until you press send. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to your use of WhatsApp.

When you message us, we receive:

  • your WhatsApp phone number and profile name;
  • the messages, photos and files you choose to send, such as your device details;
  • the page the message was started from, which is included in the pre-written text.

We use this information to answer your questions, process your order, send your login details, help with setup and handle refunds. Our lawful basis is taking steps to enter into, and to perform, a contract with you.

Payments

Every order, including how you pay, is agreed with you on WhatsApp. We keep a record of the amount, the date, the plan and the payment reference so we can confirm your order and handle any refund. We never ask for card numbers, bank passwords or login codes in WhatsApp messages. If a payment provider processes your payment, its own privacy policy also applies.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising. It is only handled by the services described above (WhatsApp, Cloudflare and, where used, the payment provider), or where the law requires us to share it.

How long we keep information

  • WhatsApp conversations and order records: up to 12 months after your last subscription ends.
  • Payment records: as long as UK tax and accounting rules require.
  • If you never order, conversations are deleted within 12 months of your last message.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to how it is used, and ask us to restrict its use. Message us on WhatsApp to make a request; we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

If this website or the way we handle information changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top changed.
